Service Description
Supportive strength training class designed for adults aged 50 and over. With a maximum of six participants, you will receive plenty of individual guidance to help you build muscle, improve balance and move with more confidence in everyday life. Each session focuses on simple, effective strength exercises using bodyweight, light weights and resistance bands. The pace is comfortable, techniques are clearly explained, and options are provided to suit different fitness levels. This class is ideal if you want to feel stronger, protect your joints, and stay active for years to come, all in a friendly, encouraging environment. :)
